USB key is not displaying when insert in the laptop (usb bus controller is not working)

I'm using Toshiba Satellite C55-B5100, there is one month I can't use my usb Key.When I plug my usb key in my laptop it doesn't display. When I check, I noticed the usb bus controller is not working.How can I solve the problem. Thank you for your help.

Check BIOS to see if it's on and try other drivers.
