USB Keyboard doesn't input

I tried many fixes such as reinstalling drivers, filter keys, device manger and other fixes but nothing worked. If i turn caps lock via the laptop inbuilt keyboard it flashes up on the LED on the USB keyboard same with Num lock etc. pressing the buttons on the keyboard has no effect like if the laptop just blocks all signals from the keyboard. i Also have a USB mouse which has no issues so its not the USB hub not working.
And yes, i tried different ports around the laptop

Did you test the keyboard with another computer or another keyboard with yours?
