USB Keyboard Not Waking Computer After It Is Sleeping

My computer is set to goto sleep after 30 min.

Whenever I have not logged into Windows (like after a restart) and it sleeps, I can't get the keyboard to wake up and let me login and I need to restart in order to do so.

Do you have any ideas?

Using a Z170A XPOWER GAMING TITANIUM EDITION motherboard.

You need to go into the BIOS/UEFI and enable the wake via USB feature. When your PC sleeps it powers off the USB.
