USB keyboard problem with cpu

Hey guys I have problem with my USB keyboard while PC is turned on. Once I turn on, 'keyboard not detected' screen appears. After re- plug keyboard USB plug and press F1, window screen will open, every time it happening. How can I slove this, plz help me guys

A few things to try:
1. Reinstall the driver if you have one that comes with the keyboard.
2. try to use a different USB port for the keyboard.
3. Try upgrade your BOIS, if you are using a old motherboard and trying to use a newer keyboard, sometimes is the bios out of date.
