USB Keyboard

I have an amazingly dumb question (I probably SHOULD know this, but I don't).... can you start up a new system with a USB keyboard? I have an ASUS P4T533-C... and I'm just curious if I can boot up the system for the first time with a USB keyboard (to prevent the "no keyboard" error).

Change the USB keyboard setting in BIOS from "OS" to "BIOS".
