USB Kingston DT Micro (0 bytes,cant formate,cant clean in cmd)

So i used my USB so i can boot W7 with it like i do every time.
But this time i dont know what happend but i cant acces my USB anymore.
When i put it in PC i get message to formate it, but when i say ok and try to do so i get error that there isnt any media on drive.

Also i get this

So i started to search on google and youtbue for fix and every single persone goes to CMD
types diskpart,list disk,select disk 1 (1 is my USB) and then clean
but nooo my USB must give me this message:

So i went to search more and found that i need to go right click my computer-manage-storage devices and then there cahng stuff...
i do what people say
i get nothing

Pls anyone if you know how can i fix this answer :C

Pen drives can fail without any warning - - usually as a result of the memory chips failing or becoming corrupted. There is only one fix when that happens, throw it away & buy a new one.

Lesson: always keep a couple of spare ones in your desk drawer.
