I suddenly have a problem in my computer. When I plug in a usb mass storage device, either a portable HD or a flash drive the computer would detect it there is a letter for the drive but then it would read very slowly across the address bar loading the green bar. The loading bar would only reach the middle of the x button then the windows explorer would stop responding which would make most of my PC unusable until I completey reboot.

I installed new USB drivers, uninstalled the USB drivers in device manager so it would auto reinstall same problem would happen once I plug in a USB mass storage device.

The only thing that seems to work is when I plug my LG phone that is set it installer mode it would detect it normaly and read the storage. It would also normaly read my 1TB mass storage device that has a separate powersource (with its own power plug). The USB themselves don't have any problem, the USB key board, mouse and my Wacom tablet are working perfectly.

Also did that. All USB sockets for other devices are working except for reading flashdrives, plugged the HD and flashdrives on all the other usb sockets and same slow read then not responding results. First thought it was the portable HD and flashdrive themselves that had the problem but I plugged them on different computers they work perfectly

Hmm, that's the last thing I did before writing here. I even uninstalled all the usb composite device from the device manager then rebooted, this is what happened. After the reboot widows quickly installed all the device hardware for the usb even the 1 TB (with power socket) then before I can plug in my flashdrive the problem slow reading problem happened to the TB! I ended up rebooting the PC again and this time the TB was easily detected but the problem with the flashdrive is still there.
