USB Micro B VS Mini B Power output pinout

I need to power a Raspberry 2 B v1.1 and I have a 5V charger/PS with a USB port for a cable but I dont know if a USB Micro B has the same pin out as a USB Mini B for power output, the power supply/charger I have has just a USB port and I need to know if both Micro and Mini B has the same power pinout to power my Raspberry 2 as it uses a Micro B, I think the charger/PS was made for a Mini B connection so can I use it even if it was made for the 5 pin Mini B?

You cannot plug Mini USB (your cable) into Micro USB (your RPi). OTOH - every gas station, electronic store, online retailers these days sells these days USB A - to - USB B Micro cables of various lengths.

Make sure your power adapter is rated for 1Amps at least.
