Usb mics sound card

So I'm looking for an inexpensive sound card that will allow me to record 2 USB microphones at once. I'm not sure what in looking for. Do sound cards include recording software?

I'm brand new to all of this. I tried to search for answers online and it kept bringing me to Apple answers. I'm on PC.

How about this? Which is meant for analog connections though when you speak of USB mic's the audio processing will take place on the USB end so all you'll be needing is the software. Check this out.
