USB not recognized in Boot Priority List

I am running Windows 8 on a Samsung laptop.
BIOS is Aptio Setup Utility (version P03ABF)

No matter what permutation i try, my live USB (Ubuntu) is not recognised in boot priority list.
I have tried switching off secure boot and booting in CSM/Legacy mode. The Live USB works fine on other laptops.
Also tried generating UEFI flash drive.

Any Solutions?

If there's no USB option in the boot device menu, your laptop doesn't support booting from a USB device.
