hi
i have a dell vostro 3500 with intel hm57 express motherboard and intel hd graphic
the laptop worked for 1 year i installed windows 7 ultimate and update the bios and installed all drivers
a couple days ago when i plug a usb flash the windows says 'usb not recognized' then i plug usb mouse and that not recognized but mouse had red lights
this problem solves when i uninstalled all usb drivers in device manager but after i shutdown the laptop about 5-6 hours the problem repeats again
i try all fixes such:
1-unplug battery for a few minutes and..
2-unplug battery and use ac power
3-unchecked usb selective suspend in device manager and battery plans
4-fix upper and lower filters in registry
5-check usb with dell diagnostic tool (and no problem)
