USB Not Recognized

Hello ,

After I managed to install Windows 7 to a new build ( old components ) , I realized that no USB Device apart from my mouse wireless adaptor works in the USB ports . In any of them . I could not install windows from USB because it said CD/DVD driver is missing . It was because of the USB . I could not get it working at all ... What could it be ?

Update : I connected a USB Hub and it works , and every single flash drive works in it ... so what the hell is wrong ?
