Question USB not working after update/blue screen

So my computer had a Windows update and blue screened furring game play. Not a big deal because I overclock and have had this happen before. When I restarted the computer I get to windows lock screen but non of my USB ports are working. So I have no use of keyboard or mouse. I can access bios and even the safe boot options untill it comes back to the lock screen. With no keyboard I can unlock the PC.... I've tried everything I know of including clear CMOS. I've reset, restored, and everyone I can think I've but still loose keyboard/mouse as soon as I get to lock screen. I'm at a lose and need some help...

If this happened to me, I'd restore from a recent full system backup I've made. If you have no backup, try booting from a repair disc or repair flash drive. If that doesn't work, try using the repair disc to recover your data, then reinstall Windows.

Have you tried rolling back the update in safe mode? Search Update History> chose Uninstall Updates
