usb not working

My Samsung Chronos 7 has 3 USB ports. 2 on the left, one on the right. The one of the right works, but the 2 on the left do not. I used DriveMax to update my drivers then stuff went wrong. Tried to uninstall the updates and roll back. Same problem. Tried to go back to previous restore point,but none exist prior to the problem occurring.

Download and install the USB 3.0 drivers from here: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/NP700Z5A-S01UK-downloads
