Usb Not Working

hello
I have a pc hp pro 3500 series mt but usb ports not working only 1 work
when put keyboard on usb port and turn on pc and says keyboard error !
please help me how to fix it

Im saying 3 front usb ports does work
and 2 back does work
i reset bios on jumer in board and i change hdd but still does work
