Have u consulted the Hyundai entertainment center manual?

Every vendor do their own things, you should not expect Car USB works as good as your PC/laptop. Car USB typically wants your stick to be formatted FAT/FAT32 and only will deal with certain media format/codec. i.e.: MP3 with LAME codec pretty standard. They should be able to deal with folders but u can't assume.
