Usb pen not found in my computer

Hello,
my computer crashed, this morning whilst my usb pen was in and now when i plug in my usb my computer doesnt show it up. and i really really need to files off it help me

If it crashed whilst writing, it could be corupted. Try another port and another pc to confirm.
