[SOLVED] USB Pendrive failure

Hello everyone! I'm having this annoying issue with my pen drive. Whenever I plug it, my system (Windows 10) keeps on detecting and disconnecting in an endless cycle (like constantly, no pause in between), I can't format it because this cycle interrupts the windows explorer. The Disk administrator won't recognize it.

This is what I already tried:
- I downloaded the USB utility from windows site (WinUSB.diagcab) and the only thing it does is to remove it safely, so the pendrive is connected, the cycle stops but its theoretically unplugged.
- Tried with other USB ports and other pendrives but the problem is with this pendrive only.
- Plugging it to a macbook and even though it won't be recognized in Finder, it appears in the disk utility. Tried formatting from there but an error occurred so I'm stuck now.
- Changed USB energy settings (USB selective suspension)

Any suggestion? If I'm not clear, I can upload a video.

lautarolzl, try it on another computer and if you get the same result...it is defective.
