usb pendrive not booting in ddr2

i have made win7 32 bit bootable pendrive to format a ddr2 old pc with 512 mb ram, it says "Error disc" so i tried it in my own pc, it worked. I dont understand what the problem is exactly.

Can you give us the full error message because I am pretty sure the entire error was not just "error disc"
