Recent windows 10 machine build, after about 2 weeks experienced intermittent connectivity to USB peripherals, mainly USB network adapter and/or external HDD. Getting mainly Code 10 errors on device manager (device cannot start). Kicks the Linksys AE2500 USB Network adapter out and even a restart doesn't bring it back in. Seems to need a full power shutdown and lockout. As I type, external USB3.0 HDD on 3.0 case port is kicking in and out randomly.

RMA'd the MoBo thinking it was a USB controller/hub problem and now 2 months later still having the same issue. Where do I start???

ASROCK 970 Extreme4 MB
AMD FX-6300 6 core CPU
16GB G.Skill Ripjaws RAM
EVGA 750 G2 PSU
NZXT S340 Mid-Tower Chassis

Happy to provide more details, just wondering where to start diagnosing since I've already isolated most everything directly MB related.

Thanks in advance!
