Any usb peripherals plugged in doesn't start when windows boot up, always have to wait about five minutes after complete boot up and unplug and re-plug them in order for them to work and this is degrading the ports as well as the connected peripherals. The computer is a Toshiba Satellite L675 running Windows 7 Home Premium. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

go into BIOS and change boot order, set USB to last, or disable altogether if you can.

U didn't read the other replies, did u, again interpreting wrong question.

OP, the best driver is the one from the laptop vendor's site, u just have to make sure it's for Win7 32/64 bit and that's it, is not that hard. Now this is no guaranteed that's gonna fix ur prob. If this doesn't work, u may want to consider following laptop's procedure to recover from factory's discs.
