[SOLVED] USB plug in and unplug beeping randomly during use

So I have a ryzen 7 5800x, msi b550 tomahawk, and msi rtx 3090 suprim and I've been having weird instances where I'm just using my pc, and then the sound when you plug in a usb device goes off randomly. And obviously I'm not plugging in or unplugging a usb device as that happens. I did update my motherboard bios and it appeared to work for a little while but now it's doing it again. Any tips to help me so this beeping can stop?

This won't fix the underlying problem (not sure what would cause that) but I know at the very least you can disable the sound itself in windows
