[SOLVED] USB Poblem

Hello all, im having big problem and its really frustrating, when i want to download something at full speed, all my USB ports turn off, then i must restart pc on the case button. Even when im not downloading, when im surfing its gets off automatically. I checked all setting and its all ok, in power options Selective suspend is off. In device manager, all usb ports via Human interface devices and Universal Serial Bus controllers "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power", all boxes are off. What can i else try? Is it a OS problem or hardware problem? im on windows 10

I solved the problem, in Power plan i was using System Mechanic, i switched to High performance and all is good now.

Once again using utilities screwed you over. You don’t need system mechanic and you should never install it and never use it because as you can see it causes problems that you didn’t foresee

ALL pc system utilities are garbage

No man, this isnt a tool, it is an option under Power plan settings, its not 3rd party software. Im only using ccleaner to clear temp data and thats it.
