Question Usb port issue

So basically I took out all of my fans plus the gpu to clean it and when I connected everything windows boots normally but my mouse and keyboard don't work. Sometimes it does actually, I plug in my mouse sometimes it works for 15 20seconds then the led light in mouse starts. Turning on and off and my mouse doesn't work, same for the keyboard, same symptoms doesn't matter which USB port, even in front the case ports. Happens in Bios too, i entered device manager with alot of sweat and unninstalled USB hubs and generic hubs or whatever and restarted the pc still the same,tho the Intel family usb something I did not delete. Unplugged my pc from the wall for 5mins still the same, plus windows says device you connected has stopped malfunctioning, are my ports dead or is it windows, but if its Windows why is the same in bios

Turns out my keyboard was actually faulty and made my mouse to not work sometimes. Used another keyboard and everything and every port is good.
