Question USB port issues with B560 DS3H AC-Y1 motherboard ?

After a full replacement of my motherboard completed by a third party, only two motherboard USB ports function consistently & the others work for a split second and then cease. The two that work are random and not placed near each other. On linux mint 20.3 cinnamon, going to Driver Manager will only bring up GPU & Wireless Network drivers.
