USB Port Issues Z68A-GD55 (B3)

Hello, recently I have been having a weird but serious a problem with my USB ports. My MB is MSI Z68A-GD5 (B3). The problem is really weird but I think it has something to do with the board's usb ports. Most of the time when I try to use a USB function like copying files to a flash disk or using a little wireless dongle to connect to the internet it acts weird. For example I was just trying to copy over some files to my USB and almost whole computer became unresponsive. Firefox just froze, I was unable to launch another program it just stuck there but I was able to use some programs which were already loaded to ram like Winamp and Steam etc.. It seemed like copying too fast like 200 MB/S but it's impossible because the device is USB 2.0 then it froze and if I wait long enough for it finish it eventually manages to copy and computer works fine. But if I unplug the device the computer instantly becomes responsive and frozen programs start to work. Another issue is most of the time when I try to use the wifi dongle it just doesn't detect any wireless signals. There is a red x on the wireless icon, but after couple of resets or changing usb ports I can get it to work but It will also stop working on its own. I thought it was a problem with chipset drivers and re-installed all of them still no fix. At this point I'm clueless about what to do and require you experts' aid.
