USB port wont work after installing wondows 7

Hey, so I finnaly managed to instal windows 7 and format my HDD but since, two out of my 3 usb ports wont work..

The one that works is black with a sort of "conect" symbol on top of it, the other two are blue inside and do not work anymore.
I used windows update but it wont fix, I'm guessing it could be the drivers but I cannot find wich, nor how to instal it, might be something else, but it was working fine before I reinstalled windows.
Do you know what it could be ?

Laptop is Dell vostro 3750 from 2011

you need the USB 3.0 drivers if your using the 64 bit version of windows 7 it's here under chipset.

there are 2 you only need 1.

Go to Device Manager. The last item on the list should be USB Controllers.
Double click it and see if any of the drop down items have a "!" or are yellow or red.
This would mean there is a problem with that usb port and you could probably try right clicking on it and updating the drivers.

Actually non of them seem to be wrong;
Only wrong ones are Netwrok controler, SM bus controller, Unkown device; Unknown device,
Could those "unkown device be my usb ports?)

EDIT: I just went into the propterties and under detals-> value it says NUSB3\ROOT_HUB30
Could it be it ?
