Usb port work in BIOS but not in windows

hello...i want to ask..
i have a old pc am2 cpu, mobo gigabyte ga-m56s-s3+athlon 64 x2+1gb ddr2
my usb keyboard/mouse and all usb port working well in bios but no working when enter windows, i have tried change usb legacy in BIOS to enable but still no working, then i have tried use ps/2 mouse and try to install new windows 10 in my drive but no working too...all of my Usb port still no working

can someone help me??

driver mobo or driver intel?
on device manager , i go to serial usb controller, then i tried update drivers, but i get notice i already had the updated driver, but still no work

MB drivers of course, USB drivers come with chipset.
