USB ports disabled after installing new monitor driver
Hello, I purchased a new monitor and all USB devices have been disabled after installing the driver.
I cannot use my keyboard or mouse to when the system reboots to initiate windows recovery.
How can I initiate windows recovery and revert to a pre install state without a functioning keyboard or mouse?

Check in Control Panel, Device manager whether the usb devices are all working and have up to date drivers
