Question usb ports disconnect and reconnect while gaming ?

I cant control my joystick and mouse while gaming after few minutes as they both keep disconnecting & reconnecting. Looks like my usb ports not getting any power. This happen suddenly a day ago. I dont know why.. please any help : ) thanks

Is joystick and mouse the only things plugged in to USB when this happens?
