[SOLVED] USB Ports Do Not Work

This happened out of nowhere. I booted up my PC, and after about 10 minutes of using it all of my USB ports stopped working. The RGB on my mouse and keyboard would flicker off and on, and I kept getting an error from Windows saying that my USB device is malfunctioning. When I unplugged all my USB connections the error still persists and now I can't login back in to fix it.

I have a EVGA G3 1000W Gold Certified

I just reset my motherboard, and it wasn't detecting my mouse and keyboard from its USB's. It still turns on the RGB, but it's not detecting them for some reason.

Make sure that standoffs were install between the motherboard and the case and that the are in the apropiarte location.
Unplug all USB cables connected into motherboard headers, then check if the motherboard USB ports on the back are working.
