Hi! I'm currently using an MSI Gaming laptop (GP70 2QF Leopard Pro) with windows 10 and so far had no problems with it... until now.
I've just set up my new work station and when I plugged in all the essentials I noticed my mouse and keyboard wouldn't work (external via USB). I have not experienced anything like this before (and they worked perfectly three hours ago). I have an Xbox controller that works perfectly and a Sandstrøm USB 3.0 hub that is registered but I just get a message that it isn't recognized.
When I plugg in the keyboard via the hub it gets power but it's not detected and the mouse gets power both via the hub and directly into the laptop but nothing more.
I've gone through some other of the posts on the site but nothing have helped.
