Usb ports doesn't work in windows not even in safe mode but can use keyboard and mouse in bios

So I just bought new PC I only used gpu and hdd from my old PC everything other then these are new. I tried to start windows normaly but like I said my usb ports are not working. I can access bios tho and use my mouse and keyboard. Unfortunately I dont have ps/2 mouse nor keyboard. Can someone help me?

Got it just reinstalled my windows.
