[SOLVED] USB ports don’t work and no display

Just Built my first pc a few days ago and when I turned it on the fans spin and the RGB lights up but when I connect a HDMI cable (which works) to my tv since I don’t have a monitor, there is no display and when I connect a usb charger and my peripherals to the front panel And mobo USB ports, I also find out the USB ports aren’t receiving power.
Theres also a solid orange light by the GPU Pcie slot which is always on. https://photos.app.goo.gl/HfJSbTs1fvLz5cck9 The motherboard is also damaged With a broken trace on the back. https://photos.app.goo.gl/X8XbjC2nbWUNuopT6I have tried troubleshooting but I couldn’t narrow it down and I triple checked every connection including the usb connections and I’m still on square one with the same problem. HELP ME

That damage to the traces is almost certainly the root cause of your problems. Replace that motherboard (NO, it is not repairable).

Are you sure because I took it to a technician and he said that it only affected the sata ports

Uh, yes I'm sure. I've been doing this for over 40 years. Unless that "technician" had access to the actual schematics (highly doubtful) he/she couldn't possibly know exactly what signals those traces carry. That board is a total writeoff.

It's likely a diagnostic LED telling you that there's a problem.
