My case: NZXT Phantom
Motherboard: AsRock H97 Pro 4
Problem: Only working USB ports are the 4x USB 3.0 ports that are on the back end of my motherboard.
-> The 4x USB ports on the case do not work. -> Additionally, the 2x USB 2.0 ports on the top end of my motherboard do not work either.
I have checked and blue USB 3.0 20 pin header (

IS plugged into my motherboard but no matter how many times I mess with settings in the BIOS/troubleshoot USB I cannot get the ports to work.
To fix this solution I am looking into buying this:

And I want to know if it would be compatible sine my USB 3.0 20 pin header plug is seemingly malfunctional.
