Question USB ports keep disconnecting at random

As of very recently some of my USB ports have been disconnecting and reconnecting at random. I have an idea of what ones our doing it but some are more frequent than others. (all ports disconnecting are attached to motherboard but external ones on tower do this as well)

I have taken apart the PC to clean it but nothing new added. I've noticed that this mainly occurs when using Google Chrome (about every minute when tabs are very active like YouTube), I can't confirm this, but this leads me to think this is a RAM issue. The only thing to move is the placement of the the RAM(From 3 and 4, to 1 and 2).

I can confirm that it is not specific devices and I have already turned off "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" for all ports. I have also disabled the "USB selective suspend setting" in the control panel.

The most pressing issue is it affects my mouse very heavily, as it causes it to stop moving for about half a second.

I am open to any form of solutions

Please provide a full list of USB devices and its maximum rated current consuming. What revision of the motherboard)

Are there other issues with the computer?

Have you tried to actually test if the RAM may be faulty (using Memtest86+ for that) ?
