I've recently sold my old GPU and as i was waiting for a new one i decided to clean my pc off dust, after complete diassembly and assembly i tried running it without a gpu and everything was working except the usb ports and hdmi and vga.Tought the problem was because i had no GPU,so i proceeded to wait for my gpu, after i got it and installed it,the usb ports still didnt work, it's been almost 2 weeks and i pretty much changed all the parts (power supply, motherboard, cpu cooler) and still with no success... only part that i did not change is my ram, could a broken ram be the thing that prevents my usb ports from working? p.s. i can charge usb devices wthrough usb ports.
