usb ports not working after downgraded to windows 7

I bought an Asus F555LBD laptop. I downgraded from Win 8.1 to Win 7. My two USB 2.0 and the USB 3.0 ports are no more functioning. Put in the thumb drives. nothing happen. In the device manager, I keep getting 'UNKNOW DEVICE with no drivers installed ' and weren't sure whether these were USB ports that were not working.

Please help/

This is clearly a drivers related issue. You can just go to your laptop's manufacturer website and update the USB drivers.
