So today I've bought a new CPU cooler, I had to take the Motherboard out to put the back plate on, so I ended up taking all the wire out of the board. I've installed the new CPU cooler and all the fans are working around the cooler.
However, when I've plugged all of my USB times such as keyboard and mouse, none of the lights turn on when I turn on the PC. Also there is no display on the Montior , even though a light on the graphics card itself works.
