USB Ports not working

For some apparent reason both of my ports have stopped working, there's no power at all to them.

For some apparent reason both of my ports have stopped working, there's no power at all to them.

This solution has worked for others.
Unintall the WWAN software (via control panel). You wil need to reboot after the uninstall. There is a known issue with the WWAN software that is causing all ports to fail.
