2 usb ports not working on Gateway NV51B35U with windows 7.

... Did you buy it new? Have the USB ports worked previously if so when did they stop working? Is all the USB ports not working or just the 2. Where are they located on the laptop? If there are working USB ports where are these located? What is the device(s) your trying to connect to your laptop? Have you tried connecting the device(s) to another computer and if so has this worked...?
