USB Ports Not Working

I have 3 USB ports on my Toshiba Satellite L755, and a while ago, 2 stopped working. I've managed to get along with using one port, but that one recently stopped working due to physical damage to the port. They don't respond to anything being plugged in, and I'm not sure what's wrong. I've already tried re installing the drivers. I don't want the answer to be a physical repair; I'm asking if there's anything else I can try before a physical repair.

Can you still see the ports (with or without a warning) in Device manager? If not, then you know the answer even though you don't want to hear it.

I see the two in question (Plus the damaged one with an error next to it).
