USB Ports Not Working

USB Ports on a Lenovo T440P are not working. When I go under device manager none of the Ports have a yellow exclamation point. Not sure what else to do?

If you plug in an optical mouse, does it light up?
if not then it sounds like you have a defective or damaged power circuit (usb has a 5v line to power devices) possibly caused by damaged usb ports which are easy to see.
