[SOLVED] usb ports not working

I have a aorus z390 wifi pro, and the USB ports of the back panel do not work, they provide power to USB devices but windows do not recognize them, also I set up my RGB configuration in RBG fusion2, and works for a few seconds and then only the RGB that says aorus keep doing the command I gave, the rest of RGB devices just change to random colors.

what can be the problem with my motherboard?

yes, they were working normally, and then they stopped working.

the back USB ports now don't work, I have two 3.0 USB ports in front of the case and both of them work (well sometimes don't work pretty well).

even in the device manager display, the USB ports do not appear

in device manager, check the show hidden/disabled device

could try reinstall chipset driver
