Question USB ports not working

Please help, My Keyboard and Mouse is connected to back side of motherboard and it is randomly losing power in the middle of work. It started happening from afternoon only

My specs:
Motherboard: H61
CPU: i5-3570
GPU: RTX 2060
RAM: 2 x 4GB
PSU: 550W Bronze+ CM
2 x SSD, 2 x HDD
RGB Keyboard and Mouse
Bluetooth and WIFI Adapter
Case Fans: 3 x ARGB and 1 x non-RGB
Monitor: Acer 22 inch IPS

550W is the advertised wattage of the unit while bronze+ is the advertised 80+ efficiency of the unit. What is the make and model of the unit and it's age?

Motherboard: H61
H61 is the chipset, what is the make and model of the motherboard? BIOS version for said motherboard?

Does the issue happen with other peripherals outside of the keyboard and mouse?

PSU: Cooler Master MWE 550 Bronze V2 Power Supply, Just 3 Years old (I thought this was the culprit so I did a stability test for 22 mins with everything at 100% load, and it went well and no crashes)

Motherboard H61: Zebronics H61, basic motherboard, all updates already done (In my mind I really find this as culprit, cause if there was any software or application bug then Keyboard and Mouse should be reconnecting only when I am logged in PC, not when I am just booting up bios. I had some issues with my UPS which led to frequent PC crashes(no proper shutdown) I am assuming maybe that messed with USB ports but again weird thing: Bluetooth is working fine but Wifi Adapter is working very slow!

Today is way worse than day I posted this, Mouse and Keyboard keep getting Disconnected every few seconds.

My Keyboard and Mouse keep getting disconnected and connecting sometimes evey few seconds or 5 minutes. I have tried all ports (front and back) none seems to work. It becomes totally unusable, no light in Mouse then I have to replug in another port then it work and once again same issue (unusable).

I thought my PSU is bad, so I ran an stability test for 25 mins with GPU, CPU and storage at 100% Load, there were no crashes.

Then, I suspect motherboard is culprit, cause if there were any software or application bug causing Keyboard and Mouse reconnecting then it should be when I am logged in PC, not even when I am just booting up bios. Recently I had some issues with my UPS which led to frequent PC crashes(no proper shutdown), Now I have replaced that UPS for higher one and it solved the crashes issue. I am assuming maybe that frequent improper crashes messed with USB ports causing this issue, but again another weird thing: Bluetooth is working fine but Wifi Adapter is working extremely slow or no network.
