usb ports on my computer don't supply enough power for my mouse and keyboard

All of my usbs on my computer do not work or work slightly but not enough to power my keyboard. The keyboards lights are on and I looked this up and people are saying it's probably a lack of power distributed. Therefore I cannot update anything or check to see if anything doesn't work on the computer as I cannot use my mouse and keyboard I've tried looked for loose wires maybe I just haven't found the correct one. Has anyone had this before or knows of a solution ? Thanks

buy another PSU but might be something with motherboard
