USB Ports Problem

Hello ,
My new mouse ''cm storm devastator'' has a blue led light...
So when my pc is off the light is still on ...
My motherboard is GA-M55PLUS-S3G
I tried everything from BIOS but nothing plz help !!!

Your motherboard keeps the USB ports powered up even when off. Many do this as a feature to keep battery powered accessories charged. If there is no way to shut it off in the BIOS (usually there is) then you are stuck, its just how it is.
