Question USB ports randomly cut out?

Hello,

Occasionally while playing higher-end games, my USB ports will cut out for a split second then come back on. Nothing major occurs, it's more annoying than anything since I have to set programs like Voicemod to point to my USB microphone again. Not sure if the issue is caused by low wattage PSU or because I have every USB port (including a four port extender) used up.

PC Specs:
Ryzen 7 3600X
RTX 2080
750 Watt PSU
16GB DDR4 RAM

Which 750W PSU? Brand and model?
Have you tried doing same thing with voicemod turned off? (Just in case that mod doesnt do anything "funny")
