I factory reset my laptop (which was on w10 at the time) last year and when I woke up the next day to set it up I found that my wireless mouse was not working.
I tested three other mice, a flash drive, a wifi adapter, and an iPhone cable. But only the iPhone cable works.
I didn't break anything? I went to device manager and disabled, updated, and restarted my laptop in every way I could find but it still doesn't work?
Any help appreciated.

Solution
Hello jessiikaa

Can you please try this:

> Go to Device Manager.

> Expand the Universal Serial Bus Controller tree.

> From the expanded list, right-click each device and click Uninstall.

> Repeat this for every USB device.

> Restart the computer and let Windows automatically install the USB drivers.

> Check if the issue is resolved.

Feel free to report back if further assistance is needed.

Cheers!! :)
