Question Usb ports stopped working shortly after my first boot

Trying to fix "Reboot and select proper Boot Device". I opened the bios and set the correct hard drive as my first boot option. After I turned off and turned back on my computer, my keyboard and mouse stopped working. I plugged my phone into every port and it got power from all of them. Does anyone know why my keyboard and mouse aren't working.

Does it boot to OS ? Wired or wireless ?
